[請益] the late 1800s / the late 1850s 差異
一般xx00s 指的就是整個世紀
ex: 1900s = 20世紀
所以理論上 in tha late 1800s ＝ 19世紀晚期
但我在讀文章時 先讀到 ...... in the late 1800s
在下一段後 讀到 .....in the late 1850s
?????????
所以 in the late 1800s 到底是指什麼時候阿？
1) 約1840~1850 2) 1880~1899
應該是後者吧 但 1850s 冒出來讓我好疑惑阿阿阿阿阿阿
