high failure issue 蠻奇怪的
high --> 一般用 higher than average 比較好
產品不良 你可以用defect, issue, failure
"failure issue" 感覺有點怪怪的
其實你可以說There're/ We have some issue with the handler #123
或是There have been complaints range from...
或是There were multiple claims...
或是Issues have been found with...
一般會對負責單位(QA)用比較硬的語氣 We should /we want /we need
如果是轉達單位才會用please help to
接著說look into/ check/ take a look at/ look at(少見)
通常也會特別指明哪個部份
譬如說 material quality/ inspection/ casting/ assembly...
最完整的話 要明確表示希望得到什麼回覆

occurrence and non detection by using the 6 sigma quality tools of your choice.
