請問答案應該哪一個? (a.) 或 (b.)??

C大用非限定講法選(b)
P大指的PEU用強調講法選的是(a)
那到底應該是(a)還是(b)???
PEU的例句:
Mary was the person who kept a pig in the garden shed.
The person who kept a pig in the garden shed was Mary.
A pig was what Mary kept in the garden shed.
You are the woman (that) I'll always love best,
Casablanca is a film (that) I watch again and again.
如果以PUE給的加強句 cleft sentences來看
先行詞都是簡單的the person， a pig， the woman，a film
跟原題給的先行詞this little English teacher from USA似乎有點不太一樣
不知道這樣的先詞還可以在PUE的加強句 cleft sentences用法中嗎?
所以應該是限定/加強句 cleft sentences(a) 還是 非限定(b)???
