[請益] 看不懂這句子
看不懂以下這二段：
Despite returning to profit in its latest fiscal year,Sony is braced for
1.08 billion loss in the 12 months to March as it plans to cut 5,000 jobs
and exit the stagnant PC market.
這段該怎翻啊？？裡面的as是“因此”的意思嗎？？但我查了字典，as應該不能翻成
“因此”
Tretton's departure as head of the key US division comes as the Japanese
entertainment and consumer electronics titan increasingly counts on its
Playstation division to lead a charge back to financial glory.
這段又怎翻啊？？裡面的as我也不知是什麼意思....
再加問一個，“對我而言”到底是To me還是For me啊？？
