[文法] 分詞構句的省略問題

想請問如果, which... which代替前面全句，這裡的which是可以省略，把後面換成分詞嗎？我一直覺得是要兩邊同主詞才能省略的…… 如例句： 1. Jill loves to eat snacks, which caused her to gain weight. 可以改寫為Jill loves to eat snacks, causing her to gain weight.嗎？或是 2. It is easy to remember the name of the restaurant, which was named after our school. 改寫為It is easy to remember the name of the restaurant, named after our school. 雖然如果是寫 3.
