[請益] 請問意思
劇本大概是我跟國外下單,收到瑕疵商品,並要求退換貨
商家的return policy只有說到國際買家換貨需要自付運費
但是我是收到瑕疵品, 商家說會幫忙付return shipping fee,
但是後面一句我不太清楚他的意思,想請教一下大家,謝謝
ask:
I'm international buyer. Do i need to pay shipping fee when i send it back to you and exchange?
But the clothes was faulty item.
answer:
We will refund the amount of shipping that you spend to send the item back.
"We are not able to email international labels."
