[考題] 三個句子釋疑
不好意思有三個句子想要請教各位版友，

ambitious.
這一整句完全不理解倒底要說什麼
試譯:過去，在孔府(？)宴會常用到180道菜(到底是課程還是菜？)，這是一項於味覺步調
(gustatory pacing不知做何解？)令人讚賞的活動。今日的曲阜餐館不怎麼有野心(還是
很奇怪…)
2.That the economy is churning out jobs without generating wage increases is
evident in the fact that the unemployment rate fell to a record low while
wages showed a rise of only 0.3 percent.
試譯:經濟正攪動(churning out？)著工作而不使工資增加，其證據是事實上失業率
降到歷史新低而工資僅增加了0.3%
想請問大家這句怎麼理解比較正確呢？
3.Some single women may pursue their careers with such single-mindedness that
they postpone marriage until the eligible men as well as their chidbearing
years run out.
試譯:一部分單身女性可能對於追求她們的事業相當堅貞，使得她們延後婚姻到合格的
男性們也已經過了適合生育的時間。
想請問後面的their chidbearing years run out，
這裡的their應該是指合格的男性們吧？
