[考題] 文法題

本題查過文法書 前面用過去式 後面是過去完成式
時態上應該沒有問題才對
過去分詞形式 及介系詞的使用好像也沒問題
請大家幫我解惑 這題是錯在哪裡?

這題確認過because of 用法後面加名詞沒錯
覺得好像只有b有問題
depend on 是依賴
但這裡的文意要表達的好像是"判斷"
不知道是不是錯在這呢?
