這題答案是否是C? 前面的all不知該翻成什麼?

移居國外者及其他國家的人買下。"
請問這樣翻是否正確?

第二句中的as該如何解釋?
我翻成 "有新聞報導一些大學生會對看不到他們喜愛電視劇的最新劇情感到
「非常悲痛」。這種看不到電視劇的「痛苦」相當於失戀帶來的創傷，___很多
人以電視作伴。"
