可以勞煩各位幫忙看一下信件內容嗎?
主要是要寫新年問候及將來拜訪客戶的mail
拼湊出來的內容不曉得合不合宜
還請各位指教, 感謝

Holiday greetings and best wishes for the New Year! Thank you for your
patronage over the last year and we hope we will enjoy more years of business
cooperation together.
As mentioned in the subject. We write to make a request for a visit with Yours
Excellency, and the main purpose is to discuss about joint development of oil
& gas blocks in Oman and Indonesia.
We and Petronas are scheduled to visit the Taiwan on business at the end of
February, and wish to call on Yours Excellency at Yours esteemed office on
that occasion. Please let us know if Yours Excellency could
grants us the appointment. Any time which is convenient for Yours Excellency
is acceptable for us.
Lastly, do have our many humble apologies for any inconveniences caused.
Looking forward to a favorable reply soonest.
