I don't think there's a collquial term for it and I even dit not know it's
called 取物口 in Chinese.
It's called "(product) delivery bin".
I found this by Googling "vending machine parts" first and found the term
"delivery bin" at
http://www.vendingmachinesworldwide.com/vending-machine-parts.aspx
Then I searched for "vending machine delivery bin" to make sure it was the
right term. From http://w.pat.tc/WO2010045328A1 we can be sure it's called
this way.
