[請益] Should I use "Dear xxx" for every emai

Dear sirs G'day, Can someone help me to answer my question? I'm an engineer, I have to write a few emails a day to a supplier. (the same person) Do I use "Dear xxx" for each email. my leader told me that I have to use "Dear xxx" every time for respect. My ex-job. I used to work with CISCO company. when I got customer's email from CISCO. (they are American) They don't use "Dear xxx" every time.. Please advise your comment for my question. 其實這只是一種形式，美國人一般只要認識的習慣都用 Hi

我目前的作法是在 mail loop 裡面第一次發言會寫 dear xxx
