Shape or form?
Both these words can be used to talk about the influences on sb:
to shape/form sb's character/ideas/attitude/opinions.
Shape, but not form, can be used to talk about influencing sb's behaviour
or a course of events

簡單說就是, shape可以用來指涉某個東西的外在形貌 form不用在這情形上
而題目的意思是，現今社會電腦確實形塑了我們的生活
這種[形塑]是[外在性]的形塑，不是[內在性]的形塑
