[請益] 反身代名詞問題
想請問一下版上的朋友們可否幫忙解答一下下面的一個問題
I shall also carry with me the hope that my country will never cease to
view them with indulgence , and that , after forty - five years of my life
dedicated to its service with an upright zeal , the faults of incompetent
abilities will be consigned to oblivion , as myself must soon be to the
mansions of rest.
譯：
我也將怀著一种希望，愿我的國家永遠寬恕這些錯誤，我秉持正直的熱忱，獻身效勞
國家已經四十五載，我希望因能力薄弱而犯的過失，會隨著我不久以后長眠地下而湮
沒無聞。
想請問一下 as myself must soon... 中 myself是當主詞嗎？印象中反身代名詞好
像不能當主詞用，另外 as 在此是當關係代名詞用嗎？
