只要把句子裡多餘的資訊拿掉就很好懂了！
以下把這位…真黃吱？先生還有他的頭銜換成A，
他解釋的那堆有沒的換成B。
就變成
These are the words with which A described B.
再把句子全部顛倒，which刪掉(關係代名詞都可以這樣還原)
A described B with these words.
也就是A用這些話描述B。

所以關係代名詞+介係詞只是把一句話中最重要的資訊
挪到最前面而已。你提的in which也是，舉個例子：
This is the room in which I met my friend.
(或This is the room where I met my friend.)
就是I met my friend in this room.反過來說；很簡單吧。
注意，介係詞要根據原本的句子變化，比方說
I met my friend at this store.
就要改成
This is the store at which I met my friend.
