這些都是基本的文法考題。
建議你找一本好的文法書再加強。
第一題是用C made possible原因如下，
原句應該是
The invention of the battery in 1800 made
『the first major advance in the theories of electric current
and electrochemistry』possible.
但因受詞太長，把possible 移到made後面變成made possible,
後面的the first major advance....就是受詞，不需要再多加it。
第三題的 as regards 是片語，等同 about (關於) 作介系詞用。
第四題是考關係代名詞的觀念。
