這句文法有誤
", if somebody says this will make your horse run faster,"
是形容子句（中文是叫形容子句嗎？）
整段可以省略
剩下的是
"There's a lot of these guys in the back stretch who they'll give it a shot."
很明顯的 they 是多餘的
原句應該要是以下才是正確的：
".. in the back stretch who, ..., will give it a shot."
