主要是help這個字的用法，可以省略後面的to
查閱LDOCE英英字典，可得以下說明:
help somebody (to) do something
例句為:
I helped her to carry her cases up the stairs.
She helped him choose some new clothes.
所以以你的句子來看，
Will you help me (to) move this table?
有沒有加to皆為正確的英文。
