正解是B，請問一下D為什麼不行呢？
另外這題是用文法上的什麼觀念呢？
(2) It's mandatory that passengers ____ their seat belts.
(A)fasten
(B)fastening
(C)should fasten
(D)have fastened
這題的答案是A，請問一下這題為何不是B呢？
我想說乘客是人，所以Fasten 是被動，Fastening是主動，所以選了B
此外A跟C又有什麼差別呢!?
