自然習得優於刻意的學習
作為一個英語教師，應該盡力使學生從語言學習轉變至語言習得，
使學生能自然地使用英語，
利用這些方法，他們就不再認為讀英文是這樣的枯燥了，
也能印證什麼是自然而然的習得。
老師不刻意把英語當成一個「科目」來教，並將刻意安排的學習減至最小的程度，
孩子的英語可說是在「自然」的生活中「自然」習得的；教師扮演協助者，
幫助孩子發揮潛能。

From a long-term point of view,use the unconscious way to enable students
to understand different cultures and different languages,in order to
stimulate their schemata to learn English.
These are more meaningful and effective than just remembering vocabulary
and sentence patterns.
