[請益] big forum & experienced reading
如果書籍作者這樣子致謝：
1. Thank you to my colleagues for believing what I have to say
matters in a bigger forum than our little slice of the planet.
in a bigger forum than our little slice of the planet 是甚麼意思呢？
little slice of the planet 應該是指人類在地球上生活的那薄薄一層地層，
可是 forum 的意義是論壇或議論的場所，
我有點難理解作者這句話要表達的意思...
2. Thanks to my mom for her experienced reading of the manuscript.
這裡的 experienced reading 又怎麼解釋呢？
母親 "很會讀" 原稿，但是我看不出來這樣子有哪裡幫忙到作者
(譬如說 experienced proofreading 的話，我就可以理解，
但是 experienced reading......？？)
