[求譯] 一句邏輯有點難懂的長句
請版上高手幫忙看看...是一個法條的句子。但因為是用否定性的主詞，又加上other than
帶出的後段句子，語意的邏輯對我來說有點難，所以我自己試翻以後發現翻得亂七八糟。
試翻：
於此一次級章節中，沒有任何事項將被視為從任何州或任一州之次級部門之任何現行或未
來之法規範所規定之不利條件、責任、處罰或嚴厲對待中，對任何人予以豁免或減輕，除
非係意欲要求或准許將於此次級章節體系下之違法雇用之實施而言之任何行為之做成。
Nothing in this subchapter shall be deemed to exempt or relieve any person from
any liability, duty, penalty, or punishment provided by any present or future
law of any State or political subdivision of a State, other than any such law
which purports to require or permit the doing of any act which would be an
unlawful employment practice under this subchapter.
