可以這樣寫，但文章有點不順…妳現在還是大學生嗎？還是已經畢業了？
I would like to talk about my friend, Sara, who was my college classmate.
During my first year in college, I hurted my leg in a basketball game
and I was unable to walk. Worse thing is that I lived offcampus alone.
It was a difficult time, coz i don't have family there. I was a freshman,
therefore I didn't have good friend. Surprisingly, Sara gave me great help by
riding me to school by bicycle, and also helped me on every little thing.
It touched me deeply. I will never forget how kind and generous she was
when i was in need.
可能還是有些文法錯誤？但我會這樣寫~
