又來請求大家的幫忙了 1. MIT graduate has earned a reputation for being able to readily ____(A)_____ ______(B)_______ __(C)__ apply their knowledge in the business and industrial setting. ______(D)_________ 答案是(A) 詳解說要把 graduate 改成 gaduates 但並沒將has改成have 請問是解答漏寫 還是它把 "MIT graduates" 看成一個單位呢? 2. Each year, fires in the U.S.A. cause 12 billion dollars, which are seven _(A)_ ___(B)___ times that of Japan on a per capita basis. _(C)_ _(D)_ 答案是(B) 將 which are 改成 which is 是因為這邊的which代表的是 12 billion dollars (金錢) 所以才視為單數嗎?? 還有就是 請問這句應該怎麼翻譯才對? 3. Descartes' decision regard thoughts rather than external objects as the ______(A)______ prime empirical cetainties was very important, and had a profound effect _______(B)________ _(C)_ __(D)_ on all subsequent philosophy. 答案是(A) 將regard 改成 regarding 可是 主詞不是說笛卡爾的決定嗎? 無法主動做動作的主詞 型態不是要用被動 regarded 嗎? 4. The number of aeronautical engineers required meeting air transportation ____(A)___ _______(B)______ _________(C)______ needs is rapidly increasing. ________(D)__________ 答案是(B) 改成 required to meet 請問這一句應該要怎麼翻譯才對呢? 為了滿足航空業的市場需要,機師的人數正快速成長?? 5.
