[請益] 請教一個smite的例句

想請問一個Smite的例句 He was so smitten with the view that he stopped and took out his camera. ^^^^ 中文翻譯是:他被這景象所震撼,所以停下來拿出照相機。我發現這種限定用法,如果用連接詞 and的對等子句的逗號可以不寫的話, 我常常不能理解這種句子的斷句 1. 想先請教的點是, that 後面的限定用法應該是 (a) the view that he stopped 還是 (b) the view that he stopped and took out his camera (a)的翻譯有點怪但是如果不能接受(a)的翻譯那(b)我也翻譯不出來了 2. 我對於這個with 是不是應該改成by 有一點意見如果是確定是用with沒錯的話本句就可以改寫成 Something smited him with the view that he stopped and took out his camera. (這句實在沒有存在的可能性,某個東西打他,用這個景色..這也太怪了一點吧) 如果正確的用法是用by 本句就可以改寫成 The view that he stopped and took out his camera smited him. (這句的存在性好像高一點,某個景色拍打他,這可能是種比喻式的用法) 3. 經過我思考超過30分鐘以上的結果,我忽然想到這可能是分詞構句的隱身版本本來的句子應該改成 With the view, he was so smitten that he stopped and took out his camera. (這句我覺得存在性是最高的...) 那只有with可以當成分詞構句,by就不能當分詞構句了嗎? 我的意思是 By the view, he was so smitten that he stopped and took out his camera.
