這邊會說"大多數接觸到痲瘋病毒的人並不會受到感染" (可能因為免疫系統之類的?)
是為了解釋第一句 "在美國一年約只有150個痲瘋病病例"
猜想應該是因為這個數字遠小於大家的合理推測,所以才會引導下面這句
most people who get exposed don't get sick with the virus
