[單字] rather算quite還是somewhat
查了兩個網路字典
anwers.com說
To a certain extent; somewhat: rather cold.
ocford dictionary說
to a certain or significant extent or degree
問題在於significant給我的感覺滿強烈的
yahoo字典的同義字則有kind of, sort of, quite, pretty
這讓我摸不著頭緒
請問rather這個字的強度 比較偏quite還是somewhat?
