答案是(A) ,那請問(B)是否要改成is working?
4. The Central Weather Bureau ______ a warning on the sea against

答案是(C),想問(A),(B),(C)三個皆有發佈,宣佈之意思,
字典解釋:release->film, news 想問issue和announce這兩個字的差別在哪?
