我查到google字典有這兩種解釋
1.a cloth for removing dust from furniture
2.a piece of clothing that you wear over your other clothes
when you are cleaning the house, etc.
都是布類的東西或是撢子
我想你說的除塵器(或稱為集塵器)應該是dust collector比較正式
