[文法] 有關國中英文短文，急問!!!
以下為我自己參考雜誌及課本改編成的國中英文課文，
要用來在課堂上試教國中英文(約190字，35分鐘內)，但深怕自己的單字和文法有誤
煩請大家來幫我看看有沒有問題的地方需要改正~~先謝謝您的幫忙喔:)
Snoopy's Big Day
Everyone's favorite cartoon dog has a birthday on October 2nd.
What makes this year so special is Snoopy's 60th anniversary!
Let's see and learn more about Peanuts' friends.

Snoopy made his first appearance in the Peanuts comic strip in 1950. Snoopy
displays his personality by sleeping on top of his doghouse. While he is
awake, he acts out imaginary roles to be human. For example, Snoopy imagines
himself to be a great writer but in fact his writing is terrible. Snoopy's
master is Charlie Brown. This clumsy and round-headed boy usually looks like
a fool. In football season, the black-haired girl Lucy plays the same tricks
on him. Every year Charlie Brown lets her do it. When he failed, he never gave
up the possibility of success and tried again. The third figure, Lucy, is
bad-tempered and selfish. Lucy has no problem pointing out the mistakes of
others, but she can't find out her own ones. She is in love with Schroeder,
the kid musician. He likes to play his toy piano. Finally, other Snoopy's
friend like Lucy's brother Linus holds onto his "security blanket."
Peppermint Patty always nods off in class and gets a D on every test.
Thus, their charming personalities teach us not to take care of human life
too seriously.
