Move on to 是轉換目前的動作到另一個動作.
move on to do 是指換到另一個和原先不相干的動作,
而 move on to doing 是指換到另一個和原先類似的動作.
He finished his beefsteak. Now he's moved on to take a shower.
He finished his beefsteak. Now he's moved on to taking a hamburger.
所以以下的句子中, 動作或工作是類似的,所以用ing的形態.
