如題
想請問關於 sputter 這個字 在一段文章裡面的翻譯方法

1. 我查到sputter這個字是比較屬於 氣急敗壞的意思，可以感覺用這在段context裡面
好像會翻的太生硬>___<
2. compelling to (是指強迫的意思嗎?)，
"為了避免重蹈和日本一樣失落的十年，採取預防行動對Bernanke來說是"必須的"
我這樣翻譯有不妥的地方嗎?
以上兩個問題可以請大家提供我一點意見嗎?
