[文法] 關係子句
這幾天在看旋元佑文法
看到關係子句那章有點混亂
當中有提到，如果關係子句沒有指示的作用，只是補充說明的性質
應該用逗點和先行詞隔開，他舉例：
For boyfriend, I'm considering your brother John, who is tall, rich, etc.
用 who is tall 來補充說明 John這個人
另一個例子：
There are two apples in the basket which is lying on the table.
這個例子我就不懂了，為什麼 which 前面不加逗點變成
There are two apples in the basket, which is lying on the table.
我的想法是用 which is lying on the table 這句話
來補充說明這個 basket 放在 table 上面
我一直想不通一樣都是補充說明，為什麼一句需要加逗號，另一句就不用
有人可以解釋一下嗎？謝謝
