解題要用意義跟消去法互相輔佐
代入a. pulverize the terms 牛頭不對馬嘴
代入b. settle the terms = "定下條款" 似乎可以成句，先留做參考
代入c. vie 很怪，vie the terms 條款之間相互競爭??
代入d. wedge the terms (像門一樣)卡住條款 也不通
a, c, d 都不行，只有b好像可以，當然就是b
