is for XXX companies to understand the YYY company's financial position at
the transfer date, so without conforming to generally accepted accounting
principles in the Republic of China, it doesn’t disclose the financial
statements of the previous period ended on April 30,2009.
如財務報表附註一所述，本分公司業經行政院金融監督管理委員會 (Financial
Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan)核准，依解散基準日，將其全部資產、負
債及營業分割作價總數，讓與XXX，並於民國九十九年五月一日向經濟部商業司
(Department of Commerce of Ministry of Economic Affairs)辦理解散註銷登記待核
准中。
As notes 1 of the financial statement is disclosed, the Branch has received
FSC’s approval and will transfer all of its business, assets and liabilities
and assign all insurance policies to XXX Company and register dissolve
and cancellation in the Department of Commerce of Ministry of Economic
Affairs on May 1, 2010.
本分公司業經Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan金管保理字第
12345678號函核准，以民國99年5月1日為移轉基準日，將本分公司之資產、負債及
營業概括移轉與YYY公司；俟後本分公司將辦理解散登記，結束營業。
