: I am bob8166, living in Nantou. There are four members in my family.
My name is bob8166. I grew up in Nantou, which is a county
located in the middle of Taiwan. My family has four members, my
father, mother, me and my younger brother. Being the eldest siblings in
my family, I always take good care of my brother when my parents are
busy.
: My parents run a restaurant together. I learn many things from there, and know
: that earning money is hard. Being the oldest, I usually help my brother solve
: the problems.
My parents operate their own restaurant in Nantou, therefore I've had
many opportunities picking up first hand experiences in managing a small
business. Such experiences also make me realize that,
at least in operating a restaurant, no pains, no gains.
: I study in TCIVS(Taichung Industrial High School) and my major is Computer
: Science. Gaining much knowledge of Information technology enriches my life.
I graduated from TCIVS with a major of computer engineering.
: However, I realize that Information technology changes constantly, the course
: of school is not enough, this is why I am eager to entering your department.
Although I've spent the past three years studying state-of-the-art
information technologies, I realize that it will never be enough for me
to keep pace with the ever chaning development in the IT field. As the
department of XXXX, xxxx university is one the of top acedemic institutions
in the field, I am very keen on being able to study there.
: Meanwhile, I participated in GEPT intermediate level, and eventually passed it.
Passing the intermediate level of GEPT test should serve as
a positive demonstration of my English capability.
: In my leisure time, I like to join some outdoor activities, such as swimming,
: playing basketball. But my favorite is to read the books especially novel and
: prose. My friends think I am a easygoing, reliable and responsible person
: whereas I am not attentive. But I will try to improve it.
I enjoy outdoor sport activities such as swimming and playing basketballs.
Reading is also my favorite hobby. I like to read fictions and prose. I am an
easygoing person, and also a perfect team player with
dependable and responsbile personality.
