that depends on your definition of 胸部
if you are talking about the female secondary sexual characteristic,
the two organs mainly made up of fatty tissue in front of the
pectoralis muscles, you meant breasts.
other common names for breast: bust, bosom, mammaries, teats, etc.
if you are talking about the upper half of trunk, the cavity holding
the two lungs, the heart and the great vessels, you meant the
thorax/thoracic cavity;
