所以 thanks 不是動詞

: 我比較不解的是，proceeds和thanks都是動詞，怎麼可以把兩個動詞放在一個句子裡呢？

: 我查了一下thanks to的用法，查到dr.eye裡頭有一例句：

: 這句我也不是很懂，這邊的thanks如果是動詞的話怎麼可以和was連在一起？

這句是強調句 用 It 來帶出強調的詞語 後面用 that 當連接詞
這裡的 thanks to 也是片語 不是動詞 "幸虧..."的意思
原句是:
Thanks to your timely help, we accomplished the task on time.
