我覺得是A。
可以刪掉 are ... and，直接看這句：
We welcome your feedback
此時若用B或C會有「你的意見已經來了，而我們接受/歡迎此意見」的感覺；
用A則是「如果你有任何意見的話，歡迎告訴我們」(但你不一定有意見)
也就是這邊的釋義 2a 的意思
