2018.12.04 Very powerful, PPSSPP is an emulator of Sony PSP (for Windows, Android and others via SDL) free and free written in C + + by Henrik Rydgard (well known under the pseudonym of Ector, already author of the emulator of PSP Potemkin and best known for Dolphin, having also worked on many Dreamcast emulators).
