看到林煜清今年的狀況讓我忍不住想問
個問題,就是我們球團對於選手的訓練
與作息有任何的規定或要求嗎?
拿林煜清做例子,去年球季他有很長一
段時間都戴著牙套投球,據他本人的說
法是這樣可以幫他調整呼吸,投球更省
力啥的,不過表現出來的成績卻是明顯
下滑,所以季末就默默的把它拿掉了。
接著是今年成績也不理想,記者去訪問
到的回答是春訓重量做太多太操了,導
致姿勢變形,接著還有消息說是睡覺落
枕,所以現在都帶著新枕頭移動,落枕
先不論,就戴牙套跟重訓過度這兩點,
我想問一下,這發生在職業球團裡合理
嗎?戴著牙套出拳會更有力沒錯,但這
作法可以讓投球更省力有任何實例或理
論根據嗎?為啥我們球團就這樣看著選
手戴了幾乎整季的牙套投球呢?重訓做
到過頭這也很難理解,照理說重訓都會
有依照個人狀況設計過的菜單,不應該
有所謂「做過頭」的問題,為啥這狀況
會發生在林的身上,而且他還是本隊的
主戰投手之一,是球團珍貴的資產(據
說林煜清有請個人訓練師?如果是這樣
的話該把這位訓練師火掉),囉嗦了一
堆就是想問一下,我們球團對選手的訓
練作息等事情有沒有一套規定或規劃,
如果有的話怎麼會讓上述的情況發生在
林煜清的身上呢?
