[問題] 逆向飽和電流與Drift 電流

Smith使用Is來代表逆向飽和電流跟Drift current,只是偶然還是有特別意思
作者雖沒有明講,但是感覺上圖中指的Drift current就是指逆向飽和電流

Id(Difussion) Is(drift)
逆偏時
I=Is-Id from n to p(逆向) (讓I跟Is同方向)
順偏時
I=Id-Is from p to n
逆偏時
障壁偏壓變大Id→0
Is是熱產生之少數載子跑到空乏區讓電場掃到對面
溫度愈高少數載子越多 Is就愈大,且與障壁電壓無關
此時逆向電流I=Is,因Is逆偏時與電壓無關為常數,又稱逆向飽和電流?
所以作者將漂移電流跟擴散電流用相同符號?
順偏時
Is依然與電壓無關
I=Id-Is=Is exp(V_f/V_T) - Is
(你說的那個精確公式,他裡面的Is,其實就是Is(drift))
但Is相較起Id可以忽略
所以I=Id=Is exp(V_f/V_T)
逆向飽和電流跟漂移電流都跟溫度有關
所以我想他們兩根本是同樣的東西,所以作者才會用同樣的符號
Timmerix大大說的那個逆向飽和電流公式,確實有出現Difussion constant
但我想他們會出現是因為愛因斯坦關係式的原因
