[問題]請問spectre的這個error該怎麼解決?

小弟目前在使用spectre跑模擬電路都接好後也有到tools裡的Analog Enviroment選setup → Model Libraries 並將.scs檔add進去可是按了simulation還是出現以下error Error found by spectre during circuit read-in input. scs: M1 is an instance of an undefined model nmos4 想請問各位這是哪個步驟出了問題呢?謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.175.34
