[問題] pre-simulation的問題

小弟我現在要在電路加上diode 所用的diode是nw_dio 但在跑pre-simulation時都會有錯誤其錯誤訊息如下: **error** reference 0:nw_dio(將DW修改後跑模擬的結果) not found or not correct type for the element model it was referenced in element 1:dd1 電路原始檔中的diode元件標記如下: DD1 inp inn DW area=1e-10 pj=4e-05 m=1 我將其中的DW改成nw_dio亦是錯誤所以我想請板上高手幫我檢查二極體元件應該如何修改就是DW要怎麼修改才能跑模擬成功? 麻煩有經驗的高手幫忙了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.127.75.179 ※ 編輯: peterkot 來自: 140.127.75.179 (10/25 22:15)
