The forwad current-voltage characteristics(I-V) of a p-n diode
at 300 k can be represented empirically by an equation.
Write down this equation with ideality factor. For the different
values of ideality factor, dirrerent mechanisms dominate.
Explain the relationship between the value of ideality factor and
the different mechanisms.
想請問一下 題目的意思是說 寫出二極體的關係式
然後把不同的值代進去比較?
然後請問這個 factor 是指 n 嗎 ?
