我剛看了一下電阻的定義，
.subckt rpo2 n1 n2 l=length w=width
ooxx 省略不寫...
.ends rpo2
用子電路的方式去呼叫的話，你應該是寫成像這樣...
X1 n1 n2 / rpo2 l=2u w=1u
前面記得加這一行...
.lib 'path/mm0355.l' RES
