因為tsmc提供的spiral inductor是用metal 6去繞線
所以我自己在substrate layers多定義了一個M6
然後在layer editor那邊也多增加一個M6_layer
最後在metallization layers那邊
將我的M6_layer mapping到我substrate layers定義的M6
layer conductivity那邊因為tsmc的document沒有提供所以我直接選perfect conductor
弄完之後跑s-parameter的模擬，它會出現一個error 3:
There is no circuit on the metallization planes of the substrate media. At
least one shape or component must be placed.
You can use the Substrate Create/Modify menu to map the metallization layers
to the appropriate substrate layers.
但我已經在metallization layers那邊將我的M6_layer map到substrate的M6了耶？
請問這樣是出了什麼問題呢？
