jitter有分long term和short term~
一般都是看short term <= 這是短time interval的jitter
long term的定義我就不大清楚~看過是說time interval是以天來算的吧
另外white noise應該是泛指其它效應所造成的noise
而DLL原理是有Phase detector,Charge pump,filter,Voltage-controlled delay line
組成(不知道為何原文會說unfiltered),說白點就是用電壓控制delay時間去對refrence
signal的edge達成輸入與輸出同相位
