we can use Norton Form
Is = Vs/Rs
Current Source: 2mA , 10k in parallel
Then we can merge this Current Source and the Current source in the problem.
I' = 2mA-I
finally
use Thevenin Form
Vs = Is*Rs
Voltage Source: 20V-I*10k , 10k in series, base
