Positive logic: Let +V represent a logic 1 and 0 volt (or -V) represent a
logic 0. In other words, the higher of the two voltage levels represents a
logic 1 and the lower of the two voltage levels represents a logic 0.
Negative logic: Let +V represent a logic 0 and 0 volt (or -V) represent a
logic 1. In other words, the lower of the two voltage levels represents a
logic 1 and the higher of the two voltage levels represents a logic 0.
